The story behind NinjaPipe
NinjaPipe started in May 2022 with a clear goal: a CRM that feels fast, not bloated, and works beautifully on mobile, and ships the niche tools businesses need to close deals and care for clients. Without angel investors or VCs, early development was funded alongside a full-time job; that grind became part of the product’s DNA.
In 2024, with AppSumo’s community behind us, we reached passionate owners who gave the traction and feedback that shaped what the platform is today. Since then we’ve rebuilt NinjaPipe from the ground up, well beyond our early v1–v3 releases, while keeping the same north star.
We’re still 100% bootstrapped and intend to stay that way so the roadmap stays true to customers, not a board deck. We’re here for the long haul, and growing with the teams who use NinjaPipe every day is what makes it possible.
